Actual Template for JCA (G08) published 

This is not the official template - but actually it‘s intended to be.
 

🔊 On Dec 9th European Commission finally published 10 guidance documents for EU HTA. Even though publication of Implementing Acts attracted much more interest, the guidance documents are the fine print that will decide on the details. Today we will take a closer look at the JSC template (G08). Officially it is called "Guidance on filling in the joint clinical assessment (JCA) dossier template - Medicinal products". 
 

The official template for the JCA dossier is actually contained in Annex 1 of the Implementing Act on JCA (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/PDF/?uri=OJ:L_202401381). As this template is rather short, it is not surprising that the guidance is more detailed.

So don't be confused: What is referred to as guidance is actually the ‘Template'.
 

📄And it‘s surprisingly pretty close to the German AMNOG template.
