Get ready for EU HTA - Plan ahead

Preparing your organization will be a marathon, not a sprint:

⏰️Set up a timetable

🔑Identify key activities (e.g., using our Market Access Core Model)

📍Add priorities

And do this together with your internal stakeholders. EU HTA is a team effort.

Such a timetable helps for overview, resource planning (including RACI and budget), but also for expectation management.
