Get ready for EU HTA - Support and prepare affiliates for EU HTA requirements

The EU HTA Regulation (HTAR) applies in all 27 Member States. Regardless of your local presence in that country. EU HTA is designed to support local market access. So each Member State will contribute to this process. To prepare an EU HTA submission, you will need a thorough understanding of each Member State.  
 
Some affiliates may already be familiar with HTA, others may not.  
 
Make sure that no affiliate is left behind. Remember a chain? A chain is only as strong as its weakest link: 
- Who needs to know what? 
- What is your current level of readiness?  
- What level of readiness do you want to achieve? 
- What is known about adapting to the local market access process? 
 
Perhaps define a metric for your organization to measure partner progress.
